A very easy to use and useful product

I have been using my Pen for about a week and love not having to type in text from various printed sources (books, listings). After thinking about getting one for a while, I'm happy to have the convenience. I had 4 how-to questions after initial install, but they were answered by the very friendly support person (mine was Esther). (1) how to make large icons small, (2) how to scan into Word document, (3) how to start/stop product, (4) how to make product "not" start automatically. All questions were explained quickly and easily. I came up with 2 useful suggestions for new users - (1) use a ruler to support the wand as you scan (my hand was unsteady), (2) cut out a paper template that covers lines not being scanned (my scans were trying to pickup more than 1 line at a time). That's it. Happy and glad to have my Pen.

It wasn't what I needed for my classroom. I kept getting errors that the paper wasn't flat on a surface and it was. I was scanning too slow or too fast.

I love it so far, just takes a bit of getting used to but support is amazing, and there are tutorials. Blue tooth works great, dont throw away box as your registration code for the software is on there
