Overwhelming fragrance smell

These little amethyst chips are the perfect size for adding to a roller bottle with essential oils, BUT just know that they'll come to you smelling OVERWHELMINGLY of synthetic fragrance. Maybe it's the nature of the other products within the same store, but it took 3 days of spraying with Thieves household cleaner and then soaking in a mixture of water and Thieves dish soap to get rid of the noxious smell. That and leaving them outside for a day and a half. The cute little bag that came with them had to go, I didn't want to waste my time trying to get the fragrance smell out of it.
That being said - now that they're clean, I'm excited to get them in rollers and given to friends!

I have been trying for over a month to figure out what to use as a centerpiece for my dining table; I have an ice blue brocade tablecloth on it now, and I couldn't find anything that looked good on it. I was scrolling through "vase fillers" on Amazon, and saw this picture, and ordered 6 bags to use to make a very pretty centerpiece. The stones look great against the new tablecloth, and I am very pleased that there is finally something on my table that looks so nice too! I purchased the flourite set of stones. I do feel like the stones were expensive for the size of the package. I am happy paying the extra price because they seem higher quality and are not as 'tacky' as some other stones/ glass marbles you find on amazon. I purchased the stones as substrate for my air plants. I think that they will be beautiful in the glass globes when it captures sunlight. I am giving 4 stars due to amount received and also because there is a high ratio of white and clear stones, and not as many colored stones. The amount in the package was enough to fill 5 globes for air plants.

When I got these stones, I noticed that a few of them seemed to be glued together., then I realized that they'd been sprayed with something to make them shiny, and that's the reason that some were stuck together.
If you are looking for a pure, natural stone, that has been polished with grit, then these are NOT the tourmaline stone chips for you.
