Maybe consider another clipper?

The clippers are nice and powerful and extremely convenient with its cordless design. But the removable head comes off pretty easy (with little effort), and hair gets stuffed into the gap that the removable head leaves, which potentially could clog the motor. The higher-up guards are pretty flimsy, as I found my #8 (1") guard bent at both ends inwards. At least it comes with a #1.5 (3/16") guard, which wasn't shown in the photo. I gave myself my first cut with it, and shortly thereafter, the clipper got excessively noisy. The clipper also seems to miss some small spots of hair, but it can usually be corrected by passing over it again, and usually the patches are just a hair follicle or two.
Clipper Works Fine and the Cordless Feather is a Great Convenience

It's nice to be free of the electric extension cord. My wife clips my hair down to 1/4" every six weeks. This clipper works fine and since it's cordless it is hassle free. I also like the color coding.

My husband says these are the greatest clipper he's ever had. I used them once and cut myself (don't ask). These are seriously sharp and cordlessly convenient. The color coded combs make it ridiculously simple to cut my husband and son's hair.

For a "cheap" clipper I purchased to cut my husbands hair this sucker is not bad. Clipper comes with a lot of different guards and learning to handle this bad boy was fairly easy.
