I'm using this as an IFAK pouch. I needed a horizontal IFAK pouch to fit on my EXCELLENT ELITE SPANKER Hydration Pack and it was the perfect size to give me maximum room while not interfering with zippered pouch below. Very high quality material. The snaps for the molle straps stay snapped and it is not a struggle to get them snapped like many products in this category are.
They are very durable. I've had one for about 5 years now, getting daily use on the front of my GoRuck backpack and it doesn't show any wear at all.
I bought two more to attach to my service dog's vest. They fit perfectly and are not too big, they don't make her vest too bulky width wise, yet hold her water bottle, snacks, and poop bags with ease.
The zippers are smooth and they have two zippers from each end, so getting into these little packs is tremendously simple and easy to do, even on a dog who may be wiggling with excitement. They also have very nice zipper pulls that are easy to grasp and very durable (see note about using for 5 years already).
I've purchased several bags of this category over the years, these are the best I've found!

Admittedly I am not using this pouch to its potential! I purchased it to keep all my everyday extra stuff I carry in my pack in one nice neat organized container instead of loose in the pocket! It holds a travel toothbrush, toothpaste, a headlamp, floss picks, blousing bands, patches, ibuprofen, antacids and whatever other small items I would like to have with me. I use the molle straps to house pens and markers preventing them from rattling around in the packs pocket.
At one point in my life I was sewing for a tarp manufacturer and I can tell you with certainty that the fabric and stitching on this pouch are top notch. Double stitching was neat and very well done with no long threads left hanging. That indicates attention to detail in the sewing/manufacturing world.
If I never strap this to my tac vest (where it would perform flawlessly) I will always have a very bad ass little shave kit or personals kit for all the extra stuff I like to have with me everywhere I go!
I may have just talked myself into buying another!!!!
