I LOVE this shirt, I need to order more colors because I love it so much. The collar is adorable, the quality is wonderful and it's also very flattering. Dress it up with leggings and cute boots. On a cool fall day or even a cold winter day this is warm but fashionable but most of all comfortable!

I tend to scrutinize reviews a little more than I should, so I almost had myself talked out of buying these. However, I am really glad I bought these...I have no regrets. I gave the sweaters 4 stars....I'd say, honestly, for me, they are 5 star worthy....but thinking about others who may scrutinize reviews like me, and wanted to be as helpful as possible.

First, the colors are exactly as advertised. I am hesitant with blue colors, because they can come looking nothing like the actual color; that is not the case with these. The colors are beautiful and look just like they do on the site. I purchased the blue and the burgundy color.....both we're beautiful.

Next, these sweaters are NOT super thick. But, the quality of the material is very nice. It's not cheap or see through thin. Having said that, if you are looking for a really thick sweater....this isn't it. Personally, I hate really thick material, so this is exactly what I wanted! Don't read this, and think it's a kind way to say you will be getting thin material, it's not....the quality is excellent and a lot better than I expected.

Finally, I wanted to address the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5. I am currently between a size 6 and 8....I ordered a medium....it fits me fine. If you are even on the brink of the next size up (for example, if you are closer to a 10 than an 8), get the bigger size. The reason I say this, is because there is an elastic band at the bottom of the shirt. Furthermore, as a mother of 4 children, I have the dreaded "mommy tummy".....I have been fortunate to lose a significant amount of weight, but this shirt is not ideal for concealing any extra fluff in the tummy area. If your goal is to conceal or you are large in the tummy area, I suggest sizing up at least one size....maybe even consider two sizes. This is because of where the elastic band sits....It's gonna sit right below the tummy snuggly, so it can extentuate some of your less favorable tummy flaws.

Aside from that, the shirt is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures and I really can't say enough about the material! I wore it with skinny jeans and tall boots and it looked really nice!

2021 UPDATE: 4 years later and I'm still purchasing this shirt lol, I came back for the green, navy and white. I still own and wear the first bunch of shirts I purchased back in 2017 if you can believe it and they still look brand new. I seriously can't find one bad thing to say. The size, material, fit, style...everything is perfect. If you are unsure about sizing then I would say order up one size. This shirt will still be ok even if it ends up being a little big because of the style and cut. Remember you can work with a little big, you can't do anything with a shirt that's too small.
Let me just say this is the first top I've ever ordered from Amazon that actually fit and is good quality! Past experiences has made me quit purchasing clothes from here but when I came across this top and saw all the good reviews I had to try it. So glad I did. This top is awesome. Good quality and figure flattering. Can be worn with leggings or skinny jeans. The material is comfortable, soft and not heavy at all. The cowl drapes nicely but I'm a little confused as to why they put the decorative buttons underneath it?? You want that detail to show. You could get some of the buttons to show but you'll have to mess with it for awhile to get it that way. Now as for sizing it is so hard to say if this top runs true to size because if you look in my closet I have tops that are size small, medium and large. It depends on the cut of the garment and brand. I would have to say I own more mediun size tops than anything so if I go by that I would have to say this top runs a little small because I ordered the large and it fits perfectly. I'm pear shape and carry my weight in hips, thighs and butt. Bust size 39C inches. Waist 31 inches. I ordered the dark grey in XL to see how that size looks with leggings and I ordered the black in large but those are not here yet so I can't comment on size consistency. Overall it's a great top at an affordable price so don't pass it up. UPDATE: I recieved the black and wine colors yesterday and my review still stays the same that I love this top and quality is consistent. ONLY thing is I ordered Large in all 3 colors and the wine color is a smaller fit than the black and blue tops. The wine top isn't as long and is a little more fitted. I would say it fits more like a medium which I'm ok with because I normally wear a medium I only size up because everything I've ordered from amazon ran small. The black fits like the blue as it is longer and a little looser. Overall very happy and might order the grey next.

This is a nice flattering casual top. It's soft and fits as expected. Actually looks like the photo.
