This basket is heavy and wasn't sure it would turn. Turns out, for me, it is an unbelievable product. Have done split chicken breasts and basket of very heavy chicken wings and system turned with no strain on motor. Basket got very dirty and burned on drippings specifically from the wings. Thought basket would never clean. Turns out the stainless steel is of great quality . . . soaked basket and parts for a short while in dish soap . . . cleaned effortlessly.
