I have used these tips to make a big flower for cupcakes. You have to have the icing the right consistency and practice but once you get the hang of it it makes a super cute flower. Make sure to make them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Then freeze them for a little while and they will be super easy to pop on top of the cupcakes.

These are fun to use. I have never used icing tips, or russian icing tips. These take a little time to learn how to use, but are fun while you are are learning and make pretty cupcakes. I added a picture below, its a start for me. Im still learning. But hope to master these soon.

I used one of these tips on cupcakes for my niece's bridal shower. Everyone was amazed. They were very easy to use and the end result was very professional looking. I made butter cream frosting with an additional cup of powdered sugar to make it stiff enough.
