There will be ink that lifts up when it gets wet, I used a tissue to get the water off and the ink didn't smear. I made sure to take the pen from a dry part of the paper through the wet spots and back to dry. No smearing happened, and the paper didn't wrinkle up like regular paper. It feel slightly thicker then regular notebook paper. Also, I made sure to leave the water on the paper for a few minutes, it didn't really absorb much, the water just moved around the page as I moved it. Definitely worth the money if your someone who works outdoors. Would 100% buy again

It's pretty water resistant, I tested it with water droplets and it works well. The only thing is if you submerge it completely for long periods it'll get damaged but other than that it's great.

Tbh, the paper itself stinks! No I'm not some paper sniffing sommelier or anything, but it's an unavoidable smell when opening or flipping through the pages. Granted the smell either fades away with time, or your nose just becomes accustomed to it... Small wins.
Other than that, it served the purpose I was seeking by not being ruined from sweat in my shirt pocket at work.
