Bought this to make sikhye (Korean rice drink) after trying ...

Bought this to make sikhye (Korean rice drink) after trying it at a Korean spa. The flour arrived quickly and worked really well for making the drink (soak the flour for 2 hours in warm water, pour the liquid minus sediment into 1 cup of cooked rice and ferment for 4-8 hours in a warm rice cooker. Add sugar, boil to stop the fermentation and chill to serve). No complaints!
