It's flexible and warm, it's a good style and fits well. I purchased this for a costume and wanted to be able to use it for later wardrobe accessorizing and it seemed like a good value. The material is soft suede like, not sure it would be water resistant or how well it would hold up in rain. The color is true to image -medium warm brown. It's fairly pliant so be careful that you don't get it smashed down as I'm not sure how well it would spring back to shape. It's a great value.
