Works as long as you use at least 1 a day until you get the whiteness level you want then at least 1 a week. Makes your teeth feel real clean after use. But it is a little messy. I find it easier and less messy to put toothpaste on my brush and then dip that into it, the charcoal sticks to the toothpaste and doesn't get all over everything.

Really weird, really messy, really powdery and it REALLY works. This tooth powder is amazing and, yes, you will see a difference after the first use. I dip the top half of my dry toothbrush into the powder, then start brushing, dry. A damp toothbrush picks up too much powder (truly, you don't need much of this stuff on your toothbrush - a little goes a very long way) and running water would rinse the powder off before use. Keep your lips shut tightly while brushing to contain the mess; this is NOT a tooth powder that you want flying all over the bathroom in a tiny charcoal-black droplets. Once I'm done brushing and rinsing, I like to go back over my teeth and gums again with just water on the toothbrush to remove any small particles of charcoal that may have remained lodged at the gum line. Once finished, the smooth, clean feeling of your teeth and mouth is much the same as when you've had a cleaning at the dentist's office. Very highly recommend.

Very easy to use and no bad taste! I have used crest whitening straps many times in the past and as a result I have very sensitive teeth and gums when it comes to strip whitening methods. I wanted a product that was all natural and effective while giving me a pain free experience. I have found it %100 with toothbrite!! Follow the instructions and after your first brush you will see results! My picture shows a before where I only brushed with crest 3d white and after where I used toothbrite. That was my very first use and I can already see results! Perfect for anyone looking to keep up their pearly whites ðŸ˜

I honestly can't believe how much this charcoal has helped. I was skeptical at first, of course, but after about 1-2 months, I've seriously seen a difference. My teeth are AWFULLY stained from smoking for 11 years. It's been difficult and terrible for my confidence to say the least. All throughout that time I'd find things to temporarily correct my appearance. I'd bleach every so often for 2 hours straight, or I'd brush insanely with baking soda and lemon juice but nothing was lasting and none of it was all that good for you either. AND it took way too much of an effort and time. After finally quitting smoking for close to a year now (yay!), I've been desperate to do something to create a lasting change but didn't know where to begin. I got custom bleaching trays made by my dentist but even messing around with bleaching gel and waiting for the time to pass can be such a hassle, and the whiteness fades just after a few days! I've used Crest Whitestrips but even that is a pain to be consistent with because it can be so uncomfortable still. (I put on the white strips, then my trays to keep them in place and maximize the effect but this is very tight on my teeth - but effective.) In any case, the pictures basically say it all. The first picture was from back in the Fall of 2016 and the second picture is from April 2017. I started using this about 2 months ago, back in Feb 2017 and I have to say I am so pleased. Sure, I have to take an extra step after brushing my teeth and clean the sink a little more thoroughly but wow, I feel so much better about my teeth than I have in a VERY long while !!!
