I like mine very much. A piece of advice from an ex EMT. I know some of us have an abundant number of conditions to put on the USB. Add a file with a name like ***ATTN.EMS***.txt Only put your allergies, medications, and life threatening conditions. Because of time factors EMS can't take the time to sift through everything, but a file like that along with a separate file titled medical history or something similar in lower case will draw their attention to the important file.

We first ordered the bracket & the band broke so I ordered the dog tag with USB & the chain broke in less than a week. We replaced the chain & I'm very happy with the product. I love that I was able to put a complete list of her medicines, doctors, therapists, hospitals along with addresses & phone numbers for all them, a complete list so surgeries and all her k own medical conditions on the USB drive. We just put her 3 main DX's on the dog tag.

I recently purchased this for a disabled veteran. I like the quality of the necklace. The company engraved contact information on both sides, and the USB is large enough to hold x-rays, medical records, and any other document. I feel more comfortable with this on my veteran.
