Wasn't what I expected. Not bad just didn't realize allllllll the pieces. Need to have scissors on hand to cut out very very small pieces of paper printed graphics for the hardwood floor, wallpaper etc. Also need glue (best to have plain white glue) and use it very frugally. This isn't something for a child or younger kid to put together. I would suggest maybe 15 and up. It literally comes in pieces YOU have to put together. You build it from the ground up. You MAKE the furniture with thread, stuffing, and material they provide. It is a lot of fun if you have the patience. Also great to use with miniature dolls or toys. But don't be like me and assume ANY of it is already put together because it's not. I would recommend it though.

This is a fantastic kit and a great way to do something creative and relaxing. Very nice! I highly recommend it. It does take time and it can feel very challenging at first. Use fast drying wood glue for the wood pieces but be very careful with getting it all over your fingers!

Came with tools, music box, and dust cover! Good price and everything worked great! My only regret is that I didn't get one of the other versions of this doll house kit from this seller earlier. 100% recommend this one! Saw some comments of Chinese instructions, missing stuff, and broken pieces. Not to sure about that but lucky it didn't happen to me. Not to mention this is the best price I've ever come across for this in particular diy dollhouse kit, I went thru many AliExpress and Amazon some didn't even come with music box or dust cover not to mention tools. Btw I luv tools! My only complain which I almost forgot is that the music box comes with 3 screws I believe and ofc the wall has 3 holes for you to attach it, but the thing is that you can only "fully screw in" 2 of the 3 screws. Why? The third screw blocks the function of the music box. You have to leave the 3rd screw off or only screw it half way leaving it out which is a eyesore and has it potential to fall out. It's really sad and annoys me. So watch out for that. Oh and some of the colors are not accurate to the picture, I don't like it but I could settle with it ig. Other from theses problems it a really good kit. I sincerely recommend it.

I bought this thing, opened the box, got overwhelmed without even really looking and then came back to it a few months later. Let me tell you what, one of the best purchases I've ever made. I actually found it by accident through a FB ad and I was blown away. I opened all of it, I looked it over and thought no way I can do this. I DID IT! all of it! I'm not that skilled at these things. I have never in my life done a miniature. I never even played with Legos. These things are so fun! They're so relaxing and calming and a great sense of accomplishment. All the pieces were complete and intact. The directions seem IMPOSSIBLE at first but then I just read through carefully and it was SO EASY. The cut out templates making measuring everything so easy!!! I used Krazy Glue with mine and it's the best. Dries fast. I swore at each step of the way I could not achieve making the next part and sure enough I did. I thought I'd never get the lights to work, EASY. Just follow the instructions. Anyway, I'm currently working on the one with the fireplace and I bought the XMAS one so that'll be done next. Have fun with your purchase!! :D
