Easy to fit to waist and to hook to stationary ...

I can finally swim distance without running into the end of the pool! Easy to fit to waist and to hook to stationary point. Still trying to determine the best placement to keep the elastic bungee from interfering with my kick, though.
Doesn't extend as far as they say, but still a great setup.

Great belt and strap. I bought this one because they listed the largest expansion length for the belt and unfortunately I wasn't able to get anywhere close to what they advertised. With every strap fully expanded, the closest I could get was around 38 inches. That being said, it was big enough for me and it works very well.

I have only used the belt once but I actually enjoyed my swim more than I thought I would. The resistance provided by the bungee cord makes for a better cardio workout than what I would normally get swimming laps in a pool. The only caution is that the product description states that the belt extends to fit a 45" waist but there is no way that is possible. If you waist is any larger than 36" this belt is NOT going to fit you.

used this at a hotel pool this am..I am training for a long distance swim but travelling and hate to miss my swim. no pool hours convenient where I am..super simple: belt clips on around my waist..bungee clips in rear ring ...then clip at other end attaches to strap with ring.I slip knotted that from shallow end rail....good to go.legs not hitting the bungee cord.you need to fight the urge to fight the tension on the bungee...unless you want to total yourself quickly!easy to use... sturdy reliable feeling and 3pieces fit nicely in its own little ditty bag..I am a stickler for details. this is aweome in my book for travelling swimmers.I stuck in,there 1 hr straight...til I hoped I finished 2miles or was obliterated.I had underwater headphones which helped....this thing is great value...very happy.
