PRODUCT NOT UP TO THE JOB

The metal spiral anchors included in this kit seem to be ok (time will tell). However, I could tell immediately on opening the box that the straps provided to attach the trampoline to the anchors are not up to the job, i.e. the thin webbing with flimsy plastic clips look more like something used to fasten a backpack rather than being able to withstand the force of strong winds and storms (as advertised). My worst fears were confirmed when I snapped one of them with my bare hands while trying to install them. My advice to anyone looking at these is to save your money and be prepared to spend a little more on something more suited to the job. After complaining about the product, Abrafit admitted that there is a problem with the straps and offered a 14 dollar refund, which I have declined. They seemed very keen to avoid negative feedback, but I'd rather warn people about this product than receive 14 dollars.

These were fantastic! Bought these when we saw hurricane Irma was headed our way. We had massive winds 70+mph and our trampoline didn't budge at all.
