This isn't a costume hat, it definitely fits the 20s gangster theme for sure, but this is a quality fedora. It's super stylish though I wear it with collared shirts and even tshirts, it would look great with a suit.
Size..... I have a small head and it's just slightly big on me, but I don't know my hat size. I think you would have to have an exceptionally larger hat size than most for this to be too small. I'm really happy with this purchase.
