I bought this to use in my classroom, and the first one was defective. I contacted the company directly to invoke the warranty and had a reply within a day. They sent a brand new one, no questions asked. I haven't had a lot of opportunity to use the replacement yet, but the little bit that I have used it, it's impressive. This Longjoy overhead document camera is a great value for the price; it's easy to use, and the customer service is excellent!

I would have loved this product more if it came with the power cord... Just an FYI for anyone wanting to purchase this, you will need a DC-5V wall charger. The charger is not included.

The device itself works well and is very lightweight/easily portable, but I had an issue with the software. I purchased this for use with a computer at my workplace, and the software kept requiring me to log in as an "administrator" even though the software was installed on my computer. Our IT folks were able to do a work-around, so it works now. However, this shouldn't be an issue if you are using it with your personal computer where you have administrator rights.
