I love the product

I love the product, but I don't love the metal roller ball. It sinks into the top of the roller bottle making it hard to apply. Is it possible to get a new roller top? I ordered one a few months ago and it had a plastic roller ball. Worked great! Unfortunately I lost that one, which is why I ordered this one.
