My machine arrived on Feb 13th 2021 and I give myself until March 2nd using it before I would write a review. I have been going to work out in fitness centers for 35 years, then here comes covid 19 and I thought i would go crazy. I tried doing the exercises on YouTube video using my fitness equipment I have at home and it just was not what I needed so I bought a rowing machine and just used my hand weights. I new I needed something else so I researched and researched and I came across the vibrations machines and all the benefits of using them. Now this machine is so easy to use and is one of the top 5 in different reviews. I am a senior and I put it together myself. I started with just 10 minutes and all the stiffness in my body disappeared after all the sitting around doing nothing from covid. Being an exercise junkie I am really happy I found this machine and would highly recommend this machine for anyone no matter their age but especially for seniors like me.

I've been researching power plates for a while and finally pulled the trigger. This particular one was reviewed really well. The box it came in was super heavy and a bit awkward to move, but it's manageable with one person. If you need to take it up stairs, I'd recommend you get help. Set up was relatively easy and only took me about 20 minutes - it was mostly a matter of unscrewing bolts, inserting the parts and re-screwing the bolts. It came with all of the tools you need and the instruction manual was very easy to follow.

Using the unit couldn't be easier. It has pre-programmed workouts or you can set a manual preference. The user manual came with a photo-guide of different exercises and which ones work which parts of the body. After the first few minutes I started to sweat which surprised me. I didn't feel like I was doing anything but standing there and jiggling but my body apparently felt otherwise!

The unit is very quiet, which was a concern of mine. I live in a home built on a crawl space and I was worried the vibration would reverberate throughout the home - it didn't at all. You can easily run this and watch tv. I don't even think it would wake a sleeping baby. I had no issues with noise whatsoever.

Overall, I am SUPER happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. This product is great for seniors because of handles. My parents have no problems with the buttons. It is simple , press start , then the arrows to adjust the vibration. I attached a video but I can only submit one gid. I have another video where I have the machine at 99 and the tv on. i have 90 inch samsung tv , i had south park on at 25 volume level. I had no problems hearing the speaker tv and i am 5-6 feet away. If that gives you an idea.
I highly recommend this for old people.

I would get a different model if your in your teens to whatever age your legs and knees don't give out in 10 mins. I found myself instantly at setting 99 but the handles were really annoying when switching to a different vibration position. If your a serious vibratory person , look for a different model with no handles.

Another reason why i don't tecommend this for the serious type person who will use it daily. I found that at 99 max level , after several used, the machine would vibrate with a lot of noise , due to the screws and bolt slow loosening up around the base. The tube in the center was fine no loosening issues. The console area underneath got loose. But when my parents use it , so far at level 55 no loosening issues.

For the seniors i recommend but for those who will really use it and not just a fad, i would look for a higher model with no handle bars, as the bars will get in the way if you want to quickly change exercise positions

I received this last week, after pulling the big box inside house went about opening, was quite an ordeal. Lots of wrapping. Laid pieces out and began. All was going well until I dropped a screw down the long tunnel and had to remove it again to get the screw. I had a very hard time screwing the screw under the console. Got it about half way in and quit. Finished off with the other two and finally done. My main problem was getting all the screws tightened up. Once finished, I was sweating up a storm, felt like I already had a workout. LOL I plugged it in and hopped on. WOW, I nearly peed myself as it took off. I revved it up to about 60 to start off and was really surprised how quiet and sturdy it gave a vibration at. Several days later and today I got it up to 87 and love it. I grabbed the exercise straps and started working out with them. Man I have to say it was a good workout. I am currently doing 10 minutes in morning and 10 in afternoon and sometimes again at night another 10. It is working out really well. I am 79 and a woman who goes to the gym 3 days a week and swimming, so it is a great feeling. I have a lot of problems with feet and legs (neuropathy, arthritis, numbness, etc) all due to wearing 4" heels for 50 years. LOL. This really helped them and my back. I do wish it had a way to raise the handle bars as I am 5'9" tall and have to bend a little to hold on. Also I still haven't figured out how to program anything. Each time I try, it won't take it and displays --- at end. So still working on that part. All in all, I gotta say I am very happy with this setup. Since I am a single old woman, this suits me just fine. I would highly recommend it.
