Was Disappointed: Poor Quality for the Price

The lunch bag itself is a great size and has plenty of storage, however, the shoulder strap is extremely flimsy, and doesn't hold the setting you want for height. Additionally, the shoulder pad for the strap is already disintegrating, as the strap is already coming out of the the shoulder pad as the stitching was poorly done. Lastly, the shoulder pad is also poorly constructed, as it doesn't have any actual grip to it, so it continually falls-off of your shoulder. The strap is so disappointing that I actually considered returning it for others that cost less money, and seem to be a better-quality design.

The picture is not true to the size of this cooler I should have read the notes on the size... this thing is tiny.IF your a small eater it will be great..I will update on how good it works after using but you can't fit much in here.UPDATE--It keeps stuff semi cold for the day but it is not a box you want to use for an adult male good for a kids lunchbox but not someone who is bringing luch and snacks for a days work.

My husband has taken his lunch to work forever because it is healthier and cheaper than trying to go out everyday. The lunch bag that he had finally disintegrated after 15 years and I was looking online for a new one. I saw this one and purchased it. It IS larger than his old one but it is working out very well. I still put two frozen "chillers" in with his lunch because it sits in a hot truck all day. I can fit his lunch, a snack, two bottles of water (upright) and the chillers in there with room to spare. I put a few paper towels and a packet of "Wash-n-Dries" in the handy pocket in front. Its a really well made bag and I am glad I chose it!

I tossed the utensils, as they're crap, but the bag is amazing! I packed my lunch around 6 and at noon when I opened the bag the entire inside was still coldl! The food was like I had just taken it out of the fridge! I love that it has an inside zippered pocket as well as one on the outside. The side mesh pockets are great for keys and such. SO impressed with this lunchbox!

While the plastic utensils are essentially useless, I suspect one does not buy an insulated lunch bag because of the utensils that may come with it; I know that they had nothing to do with my decision to buy this. So, with that assumption, they will not cause me to lower my review of this product. It appears to be everything advertised and I agree that it was larger than expected. It is exactly what I was hoping it would be and I am sure I will enjoy for a long time to come.
