stays very cold for a long time. have to keep it in the fridge because the frezzer is to cold.. love how long and wide it is. fits across my whole back, which is what I was looking for. haven't tried it hot.. so not sure how long it stays hot.

Great ice/hot pack! My husband has been using this pack for several months. He has trouble with his knees and heats the pad every night and places it between his knees. Not only does the heat feel good, but the padding helps with his knees as well. I have never used it, but my husband highly recommends it. I just ordered him a second one to take to our country home. The other packs that are made of gel, always leaked on him, after several months of use.

I wanted to love this wrap. It's nice in size, but different from other clay wraps I own. I can't get it as hot as I need for my back & hip issues. I tried microwaving longer but I'm afraid of it bursting. If you don't need a real hot wrap, this is your wrap!! I just need it hotter than it gets.

I'm a Massage Therapist and I use this for clients. Smells a little like brunt plastic when you heat it up. Doesn't get as hot as I'd like or distribute the heat everywhere so some spots are hotter then others. I'll use it for now until i find a better option.
