Forearm and elbow pain

Works for me! I am an immediate female power and weightlifter who also began to integrate CrossFit and ji jitsu training in the last year, leaving my hands and forearms sore, prone to tenderness and weak unable to maintain grips during powerlifting for long periods of time. I also had intermittent tennis elbow pain. Using these has resolved all my issues I'm back to lifting heavy and not being limited by my hands and forearms.

My gf has Cerebral Palsy and her right arm is permanently curved and in an inward position so when at the gym she was very limited in lifting anything with her right arm. She's never been able to work out her right side until i told her about the wrist straps with the hook, we bought the Dmoose straps with the solid bar for a hook and they've have been fantastic and have finally abled her to workout like she wanted. Also bought the Dmoose brand ankle strap she can also use on her right wrist to use with cables for bicep and chest flys. I also bought the wrist straps for myself and they are very strong, but do take a couple workouts to wear in and the edges will be ridged when you first get them but fight though it and after a couple workouts they are great.

I bought these so I could hang from my pull-up bar. That is the only time you can use this with your palms and the openings facing down. You can't use them for overhead shoulder or chest presses because the dumbbell will fall out. Okay for pec flies because your palms face up but beware of bringing your arms fully overhead because the dumbbells will fall out. Same with biceps curls. You can lift your forearms past 90 degree angle but not totally to your shoulders because the opening will let the dumbbells fall out. Too bad there aren't clips or straps to quickly hold the dumbbells in place. I can hold my thumb over part of one but that doesn't work for heavy weights. Still glad I bought these though.

I bought this product to help with a case of golfers elbow. I lift regularly and do not want to take time off. Using a conjunction of these hooks (don't like straps) and an elbow wrap I am now lifting nearly pain free and giving my elbow a break / chance to heal. As far as these hooks go, I have two pairs and these are the best I have used by far.

I am a female intermediate lifter and prone to tendonitis. These really help for pulling movements (deads, rows, pulldowns, etc.) when you are trying to keep presure off your arms, but still want to get those gainz. I have big hands for a woman (usually wear size medium men's gloves), and I wish the hooks themselves were a bit smaller so I could at least immediate a grip. As it is, I am pretty much just holding on with my finger tips (which is ok, the hook does the gripping for you)! I could imagine these not working well with smaller hands (Trump definitely can't use them). Thank you!
