The whole assembly sits a little too high and interferes with the slide lock when you turn the lid. I am manipulating it with a scewer until my factory replacement arrives. The original is only $7.95 from the instant pot website.
Don't get caught without a spare!

The pin was slightly longer and would hang up when trying to close the lid. Thankfully I kept the old pin and just used the rubber off this set. Thanks for selling replacement parts though!

I never thought about the float valve going bad. Tried a new seal and I Pot still did not seal. Glad I ordered this when ordering seals because the float valve was the problem.
