It's not nonstick, but I figured out a method that works for me

I try to avoid uni-taskers in my kitchen, which this is. But after making hamburger patties by hand I really wished I had a press. This one is cool because the handle comes off so it stores practically flat. It took me a while to get the hang of it since it is not non-stick. The parchment paper circles that come with it work fine, but they are a bit smaller than the actual patty and so I stupidly stacked them and froze them and then they all stuck together anyway, around the edges. Then I tried the square wax paper (purchased separately). The squares are much bigger than the press so it's a bit weird as you smush the patties in. Then I found that the part with the handle still stuck to the meat. I tried spraying it with olive oil first, but it still stuck. So finally I made a sort of sandwich. Bottom layer is the metal part. Then a square wax paper. Then a scoop of meat. Then one of the circle parchments that came with the press. Finally press down with the handle part. THEN I peeled off the circle parchment and reused it for the next press. So my final stack included only patties and square wax papers, and I only used up one circle that I then tossed out.
Works good

I used to spend several minutes rolling hamburger into a ball and going around the edges to flatten it. This has saved me a lot of time, and now I get the perfect sized burger every time. I don't have to use as much aluminum foil now either.
Burger night staple at my house

This is a well-made product it is made out of quality materials and is easy to put togeather. It did exactly what it was meant to. I created compacted lovely level patties when we made burgers. It was easy to use you don't have to use too much pressure to press the meat into the form of the pattie. Works well with turkey, beef etc. The burgers I made out of it cooked evenly. very very happy with this purchase.
Great for temperamental gas grills

I couldn't make burgers thin enough to get cooked all the way through without being red in the middle. This solved it! I have great burgers on my gas grill now!
Handsome real leather phone wallet. Holds just what I need.

I really do love this case. It fits my 4 cards and my id, as well as holding my phone and a little cash. The leather is soft to the touch, and hold up well. It looks nice without being flashy.
Please note, this is mildly protective, but is not going to defend against a sharp drop against the corner on uneven pavement. This is a fancy phone wallet, which offers some protection and feels nice. It is NOT meant to hold up against the slings and arrows (or a short sharp dive out of my purse, apparently). While I wish it would have protected the screen (boo) it has help up well and still looks fantastic. I love being able to just grab this instead of the whole purse sometimes, it's very efficient without looking plasticky. The only thing I'd like to change is to NOT have the silver logo on the front. I wouldn't mind my initials there, but the silver logo takes a little away from the soigne English Tan leather vibe going on.
