Not what I ordered

When I ordered my roots I looked at all the pictures that were posted and they all looked the same . When I recieved my order it was not at all what was pictured . Roots that were not usable. They were moldy,It came in one big ball. I was unable to use. Notified the company and they were not helpful at all until I involved amazon .

Oh gosh. These smell so fresh. I bought some at Kroger before these came in and they have almost no smell at all. Can wait to plant some and use some.

Root is presently being stored in the refrigerator while I prepare the ground. Will give a better review after planting.

They removed everything to prevent planting.. completely useless and expensive for what it is
EDIT: despite my skepticism planting roots without any signs of leaves/buds/etc and possible new growth they actually germinated and growing, leaves, etc

When I inquired as to the organic status, Jacobs Ladder referred me to the horseradish farm. When I called them they said their horseradish root was NOT organic. The product title is wrong.
