Great paint brand for fireplace

I was hesitant to buy this because I wanted to get a brush paint instead Of the spray, the brush paint didn't have the color I wanted so for the price I figured I'll give it a try. I used a spray extension and it was great! The smell is strong but I wore a mask and I open all the windows. The smell went away within 30 mins after spraying . Color came out great in my fire place. Dries fast as little as 10 mins. I let it sit for few hours before I turned on the fire.
My fireplace is small so it too one can barely, if you have a big fireplace I recommend getting to cans for additional coats. I didn't one coat did feel the need for a second. I paint gray over beige.

Was worried about the smell after I turned on the fire but I don't smell anything

One) I appreciate the seller taking such care in packaging and shipping. Shipping spray paint is a pain in the butt, but this seller made sure it got here quickly. Kudos.

Two) The paint itself goes on very easily with excellent coverage. The color (mahogany metallic) is even better than what is pictured online. Very rich and sparkly. The finish has the look of high-quality powder coat with no running, streaking or bubbling. Surprisingly low-odor, too. We are using it on a fireplace surround and haven't tested it yet with the fireplace operating, but I suspect based on what we've experienced so far, the results will be satisfactory.

Highly recommend.
Did the job perfectly

I was only able to find fire proof spray paint in black at all of my local home improvement stores so I had no choice but to pay $25 instead of the average $5 for a can of this stuff. However one can was enough to make over my whole fireplace (from black to Bark Brown) and the change is huge. I had to do several coats and I still have some of the can left over. Such an easy way to update your fireplace. Also shipped quicker than it originally estimated.
Works well

Made the inside of the fireplace nice and black. I've used this before, so I knew what to expect. It goes on well. After a couple months of using the fireplace, it does start to have a warped ashy color to it, but it's a nice way to maintain your fireplace looking nice. Also used on the grill.
