First of all I didn't need a $10 bar of soap but after reading reviews thought it was a luxury worth trying especially if it moisturized. It does do that but where it misses is size and publicity. Even wet it would stick to my skin. And it evaporates quickly. I'd say it was small enough that it will only last the week. It is a very good soap other than that.

2 for size/evaporation
2 for lubricity
1 for value even though it was a luxury purchase
5 for that fresh clean feeling after.

I have been meaning to share with you how AMAZING your soap is. This breakout came from me changing up my cleaning routine and with my sensitive / combination skin ( more oily than dry ), I really went through it. I TRULY TRULY RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCT TO ANY & EVERYONE. PEOPLE SHOULD AT LEAST PURCHASE THREE OR MORE ( after my second bar they're had been a drastic different an during the third bar my face began seeing a difference every week ). Wash face morning & evening. I have enclosed a before & after : ** Yes results may vary BUT WHAT'S THE HARM IN TRYING **.

When I first unboxed this, I cut this bar in half (I don't like it when bar soap gets mushy) and used this to wash my face since my face gets extremely oily. I saw such an improvement in less than a week; more so than with high-end and all-natural cosmetics I have been exploring with since a teenager, that I decided to try the other half as body wash. I started to develop little bumps on the back of my shoulders and lower back; I guess it is acne but they don't have white or blackheads like pimples on my face... Idk what they're officially called, anyway, this soap helped minimize those breakouts too! I still alternate with my usual body wash (dove moisturizing body wash for sensitive skin: the only product before this, that has helped me) because after two or three days of using this strictly as a body wash as well, my skin was becoming visibly dry and I could feel the creeping dryness-itch coming. So now I alternate as much as every-other-day to as little as twice a week. Anyway, that is still such HUGE progress for me because I have seen many dermatologists and no prescription, expensive Korean products, DIY remedies, etc., has ever consistently and effortlessly improved my face and body's complexion as well as this has (I still use this as a facial cleanser at least twice a day).

Since I was a child I've always have had to smuther myself in lotion after a shower to help my skin feel moisturized. But after using this yellow bird soap, as soon as I get out the shower my skin feels so clean and moisturized, I don't need to put lotion on and it's a super dry winter. I purchased this soap because of the reviews saying it was helpful for people with skin issues like eczema which I have, and some hormonal acne.. well within a few days I use there was an obvious improvement! So glad I tried this out.
The only thing is I wish the soap lasted longer, for the price it sure does go fast. The company sent me an email with suggestions on how to get the most use out of the soap, so I took their advice and cut the soap and half so once one side runs out I'll still have some more soap. All in all it's pricey but it lives up to the reviews, I highly recommend this soap if you have skin issues

My daughter fell in love with a similar product from a small vendor. We were hoping this would be equal in quality. The soap immediately broke into small pieces after only a few uses. And after a few weeks of use, my sink was clogged. The plumber said that there was a lot of buildup of black beauty product. The one great thing is the scent!
