Best guide source for suspension exercise systems

Although I know there are hundreds of different methods and ways to use the TRX, this poster covers the ones that are the most popular, most used, and most effective. I've been using the TRX in physical therapy since my back surgery for building strength in my upper body and core. It's a fantastic system, but without the guides you can be lost and hurt yourself severely. If you're into this type of excercise, please order this poster to help guide you and prevent injury.

This is just what I needed to remind me about specific TRX exercises.Note that it is large - wider than a standard door, so you will need to use a wall. The Q codes to video exercise examples work, though the videos are rather short, and don't auto-size on my phone so are rather small until manually expanded. But I don't need them.

Bought this as a birthday present to go along with a TRX suspension kit. It looks great and is made of very durable material. I really appreciate that it has the qr codes for videos. My brother, who got this, is just getting into working out and its nice that the poster will make it easy for him to learn the proper techniques.
Nice chart. Rolled too tight. Not functional.

This is a very nice and large chart but they roll it so very tight for shipping in a tube and it's impossible to hang. I ruined it trying to figure out a method to hang it. If you have drywall and can tack it down around the edge every 2 inches that may work but we didn't have that option in our basement gym.
