Update: So I now know what people are talking about with the finger prints, a little annoying. Also I have to say after about a month and a half of use, there are already cracks developing on the case and I am EXTREMELY careful with my laptop as it is. Never drop it or bang it on anything. This case is definitely not designed for protection, just for looks. I'm still leaving my rating as four stars because I only got this case because I didn't want the laptop to get scratch from being on desks and tables and I liked the color. If you're looking for a case for protection, I would go elsewhere. Keyboard cover is a joke, I don't use it at all.

I purchased the Rose Quartz color. The color is pretty accurate to the color pictured. The keyboard cover might be a tad bit darker but its barely noticeable. I have not experienced any issues with fingerprints on my case. Maybe the gloss ones have that problem but this one in particular is matte. The keyboard cover is a little iffy. Normally I hate keyboard covers to begin with, but I wanted to protect my keys from dust and dirt. This one is a little annoying. It moves around a bit and the letters don't match up with the keys so there is that hazy effect when you're in a dark room with the keyboard light illuminated. Personally I can get used to the cover and it's not a big deal to me, but it may be to others. As for the apple logo, mine does show through the case. It is not a crisp image of the apple, like shown in the picture, but it does feature the apple with a soft glow illuminating around the border of the apple logo. For the money, I think this case is a great buy.

I got this case, thinking it was a light pink (I really wanted rose gold, but can't find it) The picture is very deceiving and it is a matte, almost muddy pink that shows every fingerprint. It is very difficult to get on. When it first arrived, I thought it wasn't going to fit, but we made it work. I haven't even had this case for a year, and 2 of the 4 "feet" (which are really just stuck on like stickers) have fallen off, which makes my laptop uneven on surfaces (and I keep finding the little sticker feet everywhere).

Very disappointed in this. Will only order speck cases from now on.

I love it. Making sure you have the right model first. It snaps on in seconds. Perfect fit. Looks fantastic.. I am still getting use to the keyboard cover. Not sure yet if I will leave it on. The keyboard cover fits perfectly. It does dim the lighted keyboard, but nothing that bothers me. Some light still comes through and caps lock light is strong. I know it will take getting used to as it's slowing me down with the rubber feeling. Some mention a blur or poor alignment with the keyboard. Mine fits perfectly and there is no distortion. I love the cover overall. I like not feeling the sharp edges of the MacBook. Never did love the metal feeling. Apple logo shows nicely also.

Fits great and looks great

I got it in Rose Quartz its a really soft baby pink and I love it so much!!
It fits perfectly and the keyboard cover doesn't slide around or anything.
