Great tasting water. Great Customer service. And it won't break the bank!

My wife and I had been spending a fortune on bottled water... not only for us but for clients that visited as well. The cost, as well as the destructive effect on the environment, was something that truly bothered us. I began to do some research on different companies that offered under the sink filtered water filtrations systems. I took about 2 weeks researching any and every company that had either been recommended or I had found through online search engines and comparisons etc. Price was also an issue but we didn't want to skimp on quality to save a few dollars. There were systems that were, in my honest opinion ridiculously overpriced ( I know some people like to believe the more you pay the better the quality and in this case- taste, but in my experience that is never the case. The more you pay, the less you have, and there are ALWAYS solid products that you don't have to take a loan out for! ) and others that were very very inexpensive, but just looked cheap. I read reviews of them all.
Once I decided on my top fives, and after going through those with my wife, we finally made a decision and went with Home Master.
We are so glad we did. It's everything we wanted and expected.
I had our handyman install it for us and he told me it was much easier than many he had done before.
When I first used the system to fill a glass of water, I noticed it was a tad foggy.. after a few attempts, I called the company. I spoke to a technician who assured me this was normal and that I should fill and drain the tank twice and that it would be crystal clear afterward. And he was correct, it absolutely was! Clean clear and delicious tasting.
We have been enjoying this system now for a little over a year.
The other day I replaced the filters which was much easier than I had expected.
I would also like to mention that on the few occasions that I did call the company, every single person- from the call receptionist to the technicians -were 100% kind, professional, helpful, and truly considerate. In this day and age, that's a rarity. In fact one gentleman called me back after we had spoken to make sure everything worked out OK with the replacement installation. Who does that nowadays!? Answer: They do!
I cannot recommend this company and their product enough.

I've had the Home Master Artesian Full Contact System for 5 years now and I still love it. I would make the purchase again without any hesitation. I live in Las Vegas where we have very hard water and the system has held up great. I frequently get compliments on the water and I love that it tastes great. I installed the unit myself with the help of a friend. It was simple and their instructions were very easy to follow. It is easy to maintain and even upgrade when you change out the filters. I've had great luck with customer support. They are friendly and easy to access. They even walked me through the filter changes over the phone.
This is a great US-Based company that stands behind their product. As you can see from the other reviews I'm not the only satisfied customer! You may be able to find a cheaper product but you may not get more than a year out of it. I'm going on 5 years with no leaks and great tasting clean drinking water!
TIP: I would suggest going with the permeate pump unit add-on as it reduces the amount of wastewater from 4:1 to 1:1 and increases the speed of water production by 50%.

I should start out saying that I am very picky about my water. I purchased a home a few years ago and had been using a Brita filter just to get by. It was OK. Much better than tap. But I wanted better. I did my research and landed on Home Master for reliability, ease of changing the filters and other maintenance as well as the obvious reason of function. Many other reviewers have commented on the great support the company offers. That was a factor in deciding on what brand to buy but I can not actually comment on the support as I didn't need to use it.
I chose this specific model with the permeate pump mostly due to the quantity of water it conserves. The higher production is an added bonus. I didn't need the UV portion as I have no concerns with my water regarding Microorganisms. I didn't want another piece of equipment to maintain / clean / whatever you need to do the the UV light if it wasn't necessary. I wanted the Artesian portion to add that bit of flavor back. I assume there is some kind of health benefit to this also but I bought it for the taste.
It is installed under my kitchen sink. Faucet installed at my sink and a long line run to my refrigerator for ice and cold water. The install took a few hours but it involved drilling into my granite counter top as well as running a water line through all of my cabinets to the refrigerator, drilling holes along the way from one to the next. My home has no basement and running a small water line in the crawlspace would have a risk of freezing. This was a time consuming but reasonable solution to this issue.
I have had this up and running for 3 weeks now. I am extremely happy with my whole setup. The water tastes great. It comes out of the faucet fast. There is a bit of noise under the sink when its making water but it is far from loud and does not bother me at all. It works exactly as it should and I would recommend this to any of my friends or family looking for an RO system.

Bought this Reverse Osmosis system a year ago and it's great! I have recommended it to many people who have been equally impressed with its effectiveness, price and customer service from Perfect Water. I did a substantial amount of research and found that The Perfect Water is a real leader in their filtration systems. Not only does this filter out unwanted contaminants in your water to an exceptional degree, but through a natural remineralization process restores the pH of the water after the full cycle of filtration. The system is sturdy, adaptable and easy to install, though you either need a sink with an outlet, or you can easily drill one yourself.
You can honestly taste the difference in this water. We live in North Carolina presently and the city water is disgusting by comparison. The water is acidic, bitter to the taste and clearly has chlorine in it. After installing this system, we did a blind test of normal tap water, RO water from a grocery store, Alkaline water and water from this system. Our Home Master TMAFC system was the clear winner. We selected this model based on our needs and while it isn't the top line model (the HydroPerfection is) we felt confident that our choice would greatly meet our needs.
The installation instructions and videos are very clear and it is a relatively simple process. It only took me 30-40 minutes to get the system going, though it would have been faster had I not had an issue with my sink, which is totally unrelated to this system. Make sure to read instructions clearly and to be gentle with all the parts. Even someone with limited experience can install the system and you can easily reinstall it if you move.
Our customer service experience with The Perfect Water has been exceptional. We got our first water tank with a slight dent and cracking in the outer enamel. Within 3 days we had a perfect replacement tank at no charge and no hassle. Perfect Water even called back to check on the status of the tank! Their staff are extremely helpful and care deeply about their product. For this reason, I'd choose them over any competitor.
Finally, if you are having hesitations about spending $300-$400 (or more) on a water filtration system, keep this in mind: anything that doesn't get filtered out of your water goes right through you. You become the filter, in essence. With such irregularities and failures of municipal water systems, it really makes sense to have an additional layer of protection for you and your family. When people complain about the costs of good, filtered water or say locally sourced organic vegetables aren't worth the extra expense, keep in mind that one's body regenerates its cells and very atoms through the energy we take in through food, water and air. We are what we eat/drink/inhale. This is certainly a great step to take for a healthier life.

I replaced an older RO with this system. I was surprised how easy the install was. I was a little nervous as I have changed the filters in my old system and it was always such a hassle.
I already had a nice faucet for my old RO so I was able to use that one instead. I would look into a nicer faucet if you buy this RO system. Nothing functionally wrong with their faucet it just doesn't look nice. Similar fitting and hose size made this easy to install.
Another easy point for me was I was able to use my old water line connection and drain connection from the previous system. For the water connection I just pulled the orange hose from the Home Master and attached my old one into the filter. For the drain line I just pulled my old drain hose and put the red hose from the permeate pump into the same type fitting.
A couple of hints that helped my install. When looking for a place to mount the filters hold them in place to get an idea of how they will fit and make some marks with a pencil. The drawing says to leave 6 inches above and 6 inches below for space. Mine was a little tight. You can also move the other filter holders around so that you can get a better fit. The storage tanks was also bigger than my old one. I got lucky because it worked where I ended up putting it. I would place the tank in place first to make sure you have room. Then I would check the hose length where you want to put the filter system. My storage tank is 26 inches away from the filter system. For the permeate pump installed it on the floor of the cabinet next to the filter system. Make sure the arrow is pointing up. I thought when I snapped it into the holder I should see the label but I actually had to rotate it so the arrow was pointing up. I didn't do this at first and when I rotated it on its side after rereading the instructions you could hear the water flow increase.
I also checked all hose connections before and after mounting everything.
The filling and dumping for the first two runs takes some time. You can here the pump click and hiss a little bit. This is a good time to get a flash light and look around everywhere to check for leaks. I flushed my system 3 times just to confirm everything was good.
Do yourself a favor and watch the install videos before it arrives. When you get it read the instructions before starting. Take your time. No need to rush. The install took me around 30 minutes since I had some work done from my previous system. The flushing took an hour or so each time.
When you open the faucet for the first when the system is fully charged up it is like Niagra Falls compared to my old system. Filling a pot of water is super quick now. Before I would set the pot on the counter and walk away for a couple of minutes.
Sink water checked out at 290 ppm on my Water Quality TDS tester. With the Home Master RO system I am at 40 ppm.
Very Happy with my purchase. Good job Home Master!
