I took 3 on a high elevation backpack trip to put in the bottom of my sleeping bag. Only 1 of the 3 would heat up. I hate sleeping with cold feet.
The 1 that did work worked quite well although it's too small for what I needed it for. It lasted a full 12 hrs.

I went to Canada when the weather was barely 16 degrees. With the help of these things i stayed very warm. Would totally buy again! Just be careful and make sure you put them on a layer of clothing and not your bare skin because they can give you chemical burns.

Unfortunately less than half of these actually warmed up. They were stiff when they arrived. I was disappointed to be camping in the rain with my daughters class and most of the warmers didn't work.

Body "Warmer" is barely warm. To get any warmth at all you have to stick it directly to your skin and even then it's barely noticeable. What was noticeable was the irritation and itching the glue caused on my skin.
