Every first song skips once so I'm not sure if that's a built in feature or what. Records the skip as well. Find it odd it's just the first song that it happens to.

I couldn't get my ROOFULL External CD DVD Drive to work. I followed the instruction several times and still no luck. I then emailed customer support and they sent me the instructions I needed to get the unit to work.
