This pool chaise is the best thing ever for reading! It is incredibly comfortable with great support for your head and neck. This order was actually a replacement for the same exact lounger which my family has used extensively so I anticipate it will develop a terminal injury sometime soon - I just didn't want to be without one!!!!

Poor craftsmanship. Two of portals to add air had to be cut with a knife to open so air would flow (filled with large compressor so it's not the air pressure).
Wire was bent at 45 degree angle and after inflating would not bend to a comfortable position for footrest. Lob sided.
Rear pillow would not hold enough air to site at a 45 degree angle in water.
Very disappointed as we only use at the beach a few times a year.
I will go back to Academy Sports and pay more for better product. Sorry. You need to recheck your QC process.
