Good boat
Keeps gravy hot and is easy to use

The gravy boat keeps the gravy hot. Thank heavens it did not have the name plastered on the side of the boat. The handle and flip-top are plastic but should be ok using care not to scratch. I always wanted a gravy boat and was reminded I should get one when we had a family gathering and needed a gravy boat. Glad I purchased this one.

I purchased this after reading a comment from the seller stating this item was full stainless steel. IT IS NOT. The lid and handle are plastic and give the gravy boat a cheap look. I purchased this to complement my fine dining set but will be returning this item instead. Also, I received a different brand, APS, not HongJing.
