I received this today and plan to use it for salsas. I really like it and the color is lovely. It has a good weight to it, seems decent quality. I was disappointed that the tray piece is quite scratched up however. It was well-packaged so as not to break in transport but the piece was definitely scuffed up. Probably will keep and not return because it's not super noticeable but it's an FYI especially if you want to gift it to someone.

I use it mostly to melt butter for popcorn in the microwave - this gravy boat pours a very thin stream of butter and it's SO easy to use for that purpose. On holidays, it's perfect for gravy. If I had a bigger family, I would just buy two of these, one for each end of the table. It's very pretty - it matches the colors in my kitchen perfectly.
