I love this! I have used it for hot gravies and cold cream, among others, and the temperature is maintained perfectly! I always had this issue of having the gravy sitting out on the table (obviously) but would need to microwave it a little bit when people wanted it hot.

I bought this to store an Au Jus sauce for a prime rib roast that I was bringing to a Friendsgiving.
I had hoped the thermal seal also meant it was pretty sturdy to transport but nope. It was upright in the bag we placed it in and thankfully it was in its own plastic bag because the top did spill quite a bit during the short 15 minute drive, to my great disappointment.
Otherwise, it was great.

A good gravy boat, with one fundamental flaw

I'd give this five stars across the board but for one small flaw. The gravy boat looks presentable, and it keeps the liquid contained within - probably gravy, but you could conceivably keep any liquid in there - warm for as long as you could possibly need it. Filling it and cleaning it are made more difficult because you cannot remove the lid. While that does make it difficult to lose the lid, the trade-off is if you want to do something pour your gravy through a strainer to remove the most egregious lumps, you''ll need three hands. Doable, but a pain. If this doesn't concern you, then you're good to go.
