Karen A. GivaniNovember 6, 2017
so thick, wow, but very very hard to roll, the second it hit the RV roof, it was so thick and starting to harden, if you try to roll or brush it out, it
will will all stick to the roller, and you will loose half of what you poured out! maybe it is just due to it being Nevada, 75 degrees out and we have no humidity, that caused it, >? anyway, i did pour it and manage to somewhat spread it, to cover the areas needed, but was not able to get it to cover as much as it says it will,,,
Causes Condensation
Joseph S. DelrieOctober 20, 2017
After applying, it looked great but am having a problem with water condensing where this is applied. There is condensation just on the spots where this is applied. Other repairs using different brands of liquid rubber do not have condensation. Not sure what is causing this and I'm not sure of the long term effects of having condensation on the roof of my motorhome all the time so I couldn't give 5 stars. The smell is bad and takes a long time to dissipate, It appears to seal very well and sticks to any surface.

Real liquid rubber membrane
desertdwellerJanuary 14, 2017
I purchased this product from the manufacturer not Amazon, however since there are no reviews here I thought I would post one. I just got done applying this to my 2000 model year travel trailer that had a very weathered EPDM rubber roof on it. I followed the directions by power washing first then apply around all penetrations with a brush then roll on a THIN coat first allow to dry for 48 hours then apply a second coat with a long nap roller. It went on very nicely it is solvent based and seems to bond very well to the rubber roof material. The roof looks like new again and it is warranted for 15 years and they say it should last over 20 , so we should never have to apply this again. If you are looking into a product for an RV roof, I don't think you will find a better product.
