The material is great. WAY better than EPDM.
Do not buy if they fold it into a box! ship it all folded up and it will never lay flat - you will have air pockets and it will look bad. If you have to get it in a box, make sure you get it out right away and lay it flat for several days, then use a lot of glue so you have time to pull it snug.
BFW You can use the same glue as EPDM
