It seemed very generalized and not specific on my European gens and showed no Native American which I know I have some. Shows hundreds of what they say are related as 2nd to 5th cousins. Everything else is optional and costs more.
Now that I've had time to analyze the cost vs. quality....

Disclaimer: I've completed 23&Me and Ancestry services prior to trying FTDNA. After taking all into consideration, FTDNA offers the absolute least for the dollar. Additionally, the DNA analysis (autosomal) that they do is very generic with the interpretations, almost seemingly lazy. The other two services picked up DNA that I know is in the family, while the FTDNA service seemingly ignored/ generalized the results or have the "most comprehensive " single tree branch DNA database imaginable. Additionally, FTDNA wants to charge for literally ANYTHING above and beyond the individual service purchased (e.g. "Family Finder"), which means, if you want to know what your maternal or paternal haplogroup is, you're paying $200+, even AFTER you've payed the $70-99 for your autosomal reading. Note: All that information comes as part of the package with other services. In conclusion and in my my humble opinion, I would gladly put my money on the either of the other DNA services again before ever placing another dime on FTDNA.
