Great device. I purchased one from another vendor at twice the price in a retail shop, but found this to be the better device. The display is very clear and has a lot of adjustable options. Its relatively easy to use out of the box, and doesn't feel chintzy like a lot of other oximeters I played with. As far as readings go, it appears to operate within the expected range versus other units.

My husband has been going threw the cancer treatments and sometimes while at the hospital they would take his breathing & pulse which sometimes it was low so they were able to give him oxygen. Once the treatments were done he had to start physical therapy well once again oxygen was low and the therapist had a small one like the one I just purchased. It works great sounds an alarm so he stops what he is doing and does the breathing exercise. So this has been a life saver.

Bought this to replace a 10 year old oximeter and I just love this one. I use it on my Mom who wears nail polish, so I find the strength of signal indicator particularly useful. I spent $200 on the Nonin I bought 10 years ago, and this one is better, and cheaper. Would definitely recommend!

I like this product much better than a different one I ordered but sent back. I checked this manually against my pulse and it takes a couple of reads to adjust but after that was working as it should! Also, it is nicely made.

It works and I like it.
To preserve battery life , the batteries were put in upside down. I thought the oximeter wasn't working but a friend told me about the common battery switch. Would have been a good idea to include that information in the instructions
