You can make acon jelly, really really easy ! ( Korea's traditional food )You can make acon jelly, really really easy ! ( Korea's traditional food )
Just put a cup of acon powder and 6 cups of water.
Keep stirring on high heat, for don't stick to the bottom of the pot, from start.
When the arcon liquid starts to clump (u can see different color into the liquid (looks like jelly)), add a little salt and sesame oil over low heat and keep stirring.
When droopped the liquid, if the shape is still intact, turn off the gas, and wait 30min.
And put into the refrigiator untill cool down. That's it !

This product was purchased for a book night. We read My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George in which a young man lives in a hemlock tree and lives off the land. He gathers acorns, shells, dried, and powders them to make pancakes. We made yummy pancakes with this starchy flour.
High Quality 100% acorn flour

I bought this for a science project for a take home lesson for a 3rd and 4th grade class. My students loved the jelly. Their parents, not so much, but that is an American aversion to gelatinous foods. If you like totorimuk, you will like this! Also, great bang for your buck.
