As an R.N. with over 50 years of experience, This BP cuff and sphygmomanometer as very easy to use and accurate. Don't forget to be comfortably seated and quiet for 5 minutes before starting. Have your feet flat on the floor and your arm elevated on a pillow at your heart height. Place the cuff properly your arm and relax. Vive health sells excellent products at decent prices.

Received a grey "large adult" cuff in a vinyl bag. It seems like it will be good quality but it is not what I ordered. I was looking for the regular adult cuff with the nylon zipper bag with a Velcro pocket on the front.
