I have purchased a dozen of these for my job, and find them very good.
I had two issues with them ... for one, one of the fittings arrived unthreaded (see picture), but the manufacturer (through Amazon) replaced immediately.
For the second ... one of the fittings fell off after a bunch of rust developed on the spring washer. I sent an email to the manufacturer, and they not only agreed to send me new fittings but suggested "When installing the fitting, you can eliminate the spring washer and instead just use a little Loktite when threading the fitting to the stopper "“ this will mitigate the possibility of the fitting becoming lose and falling", which I thought was a great idea.
I gave four stars because of the hassle of having to reach out to them, but am very satisfied with their support, and will keep buying this product.

This drain works great. Instructions were easy and I quickly replaced my non-working drain with this one. While the hair catcher is a great idea, it fills fast (3 girls) and you have to take the drain apart a bit to empty.
