The flavor I got is good and this us good to for a quick energy boost, I use it the morn I ngs instead of coffee. But I'm a 40 year old 110 pound female and to be honest, I need to take at least 2 scoops instead if 1 scoop as the directions say. (I've used PreJym from Jim Stoppani for years so this is a weaker pre-workout in my opinion)
