Good for someone new to Vinyl

The audio on this player is not very good, so I would recommend not using this for playing music through Bluetooth unless you have speakers you plan to hook up to it. I was hoping the player itself would allow me to connect Bluetooth speakers because I have a really nice Harman Kardon that I thought I would use with it, but it doesn't work. I ended up using a soundbar speaker because it is really hard to find speakers with cords these days we had purchased records at the same time and my son really wanted to play them. Overall, the player works fine and comes with an extended warranty if you email them. This isn't a high-quality player though, it is a bargain price for a reason, so if you want something hi-fi, I would suggest spending more and getting a brand known for delivering that performance. Overall-we are very happy with this player and I am glad to share this experience with my son who is new to vinyl.

I really like this record player. It's beautiful... it is compact, and I like that, because I can fit it on my shelf. The sound quality is pretty good, but it doesn't go super loud, which is to be expected when you only use the speakers on the player. It works well enough for me, but if you want it to sound really high quality and to have it really loud, I'd suggest hooking it up to some speakers. All in all, for $40, I'm happy!

I've never had a record player before, so this is my first one. I've done research and I've heard some people say to avoid suitcase players like these. But people who say that are usually vinyl enthusiasts and purists. You don't need a super expensive setup to have an enjoyable experience listening to vinyl. This thing works really great and it was ready to go right out of the box. If you were hesitant to buy this, here's your green light.
