Wobble in sub platter

I really like this record player. I'm just beginning to get into records and wanted a player with an adjustable counter weight. The sound quality is good. I am unable to properly balance the needle as there is a wobble in the sub platter. Hopefully I can get a replacement sub platter to fix this.

First product sent worked for around a month but then the spinning table started to have a bad wobble to it. We contacted support and they sent us a new unit and let us keep the malfunctioning one to save The hassle of shipping. At the very least I can appreciate the service. The product when working is excellent.
