I really liked this when I first got it. It's large and fits a lot of linen in it. I use this for work, I'm a massage therapist. A few weeks after purchase the Velcro strap that holds the top of the bag in place started unstitching and coming apart. I had to sew it back together, and reinforce it with superglue. Not a fan of having to do that. So far it's been great with stairs, but the wheel mechanism appears to be made entirely of plastic and seems a bit flimsy when going up and down stairs. Time will tell how long they will last before they break considering the top of the bag is already coming apart. Aside from these two issues, the product has helped solve a laundry transport issue I was having with stairs and my back! I found this on sale for $60, I wouldn't pay any more than that unless the wheel housing mechanism was upgraded to something more sturdy, and the attachment for the laundry bag itself was reinforced better than a single stitch that just comes undone.

I brought this for a trip, to carry snacks for an overnight stay. I carried this throughout the subway with 2 cases of 24 pack water bottles and a few other snacks. This trolley is very sturdy and it held up well carrying up multiple flights of stairs. The stair climbing wheels made it easier. Yes it was heavy, which is expected as it was 2 cases of water. The only problem was it was a bit rough when trying to turn to go different directions in the subway. So far so good!

My daughter moved into a 3rd for dorm. We bought this for her to take things up the stairs. The bag is a generous size and holds like 4 Walmart Tshirt bags of groceries. Without the bag it works for band instruments and we even bungee chorded her dorm refrigerator and rolled it up the stairs. It's really rugged and easy to use. I might buy another one to keep here at the house.
