I've been using this in my morning coffee and sometimes in green tea. I even put a bit in my homemade keto-raid. It mixes better than coconut oil and it makes drinks creamier almost like milk but without the heaviness. My morning ketones are great using this product and it doesn't break intermittent fasts! It has helped get me back into ketosis after a night of drinking. The only 2 things that I think would make it better is if it didn't have a dry after taste. It currently has a driness that can catch the back of your throat and makes you want to drink water or more of whatever you have it mixed in. Also if you don't use a whisk to mix it leaves a bit of chunks floating on top... but that's probably just my lazy morning user error 'cause I'm only using a spoon. 😆
Anyway, I totally love this product even though it is weird science that an oil can be a powder. Magic?

I've tried several brands of MCT oil powder that have come on the market. As ingredients go, this one is the cleanest, and that is its main benefit. With the limited ingredients though, some of the other practical benefits of MCT oil powder are diminished - I find this one separates in hot liquid into an oil layer that rests on top of the liquid (coffee in my case), while other MCT oils with perhaps less optimal ingredients stay blended better. So it's a trade off. I'm inclined to stay with this one even though I enjoy the creaminess and blend-ability of other brands more (unfortunately it seems the best in that regard are the ones blended with corn fiber, which this one does not do, which health-wise, is for the best). So if you're looking for the absolute cleanest mct oil powder without any negative ingredients, like corn or milk products, this is the one to use. If you aren't as concerned about ingesting a little corn, those brands taste and work better, in hot coffee anyway. In iced coffee, this blends as well as the others (which takes some effort with all of them, but eventually will get there).

I'm new to Keto and wanted to get some MCT oil for my morning coffee. I wish I had done more research. This has 3 g of carbs per serving, which is not a lot but it is not needed for MCT oil. There are better options with no carbs.
With that said, there is no taste so it can easily be added to any drink. It gave my coffee a silky feeling which I enjoyed quite a bit. If the macronutrients meet your needs then you should enjoy this product, but if you are doing Keto, I suggest you look elsewhere (I have since switched to Bulletproof Brain Octane, which has double the fat and no carbs).

it's hard to get this stuff to dissolve, but once it does, it is great. I need a shaker (or a really good lid) to get this to dissolve. When it does, it adds a creamy flavor to the beverage. I do prefer this to cream or even butter in my coffee as long as the powder does dissolve; the good news is that it dissolves in the coffee either hot or cold. The kick I get from the ketones (I've been in pretty consistent dietary/nutritional ketosis for over 3 years) is great and really augments the energy from the coffee itself. I've even dissolved it straight up in a water bottle, and it wasn't bad.

Keto MCT oil is powder is a totally different product, taste, and texture than liquid MCT oil. Liquid MCT oil doesn't really change the taste or texture of food and beverages. The powder, on the other hand, adds a creaminess texture and unique creamy flavor to it as well. I like it, and I would love it if it were easier to dissolve because if you get a mouthful of powder or moist powder chunk, it turns pretty gross.

Every time I use this product, this is the song that pops into my head. Flying with this could be a blast! I recommend putting it in your cup and pouring the hot whatever your mixing it into, over it. It doesn't dissolve as much as I'd like, as quick as I'd like, but eventually it fully dissolves. However, in the mean, I feel compelled to smash it against the side of my cup. I've been using this for maybe 2 or 2 1/2 weeks now and at first I had mild stomach discomfort but that only lasted for the first week. I didn't need to run to the bathroom or anything, which was nice. I also like that I don't have a BP-sized oil slick lying on top of my ocean of coffee. I also don't have to blend it to fully mix it. I'm not sure it's as noticeably beneficial as using coconut oil or MCT oil, but, I'll gladly take a slight lack in benefits for the ease of use and the flavor (which is just creamy in coffee). My lips, mouth, tongue, nothing is coated like a BP oil-covered seagull, and that's a HUGE positive for me! It's pricey, but... yeah, I'll buy it again.
