I have worn them about 4 times now. Super comfy and perfect for my narrow feet as my they don't slide down as they do with other heels and pumps that I own. Not sure if anyone with wide feet will be able to wear them. They are leather, so they will stretch a bit.

Update-well as suspected they do stretch out rather quickly, now run to big and gap while walking. But must say great all day walking! With the larger heel it doesn't hurt the feet and calves as much. I walk about 5 miles a day, still get the calluses but doesn't ache like a stiletto heel.
They run narrow and small. They are made well. The suede look is pretty. You can tell shoe will stretch however it is tight.

This shoe is great. These are my concourse heels. Most people ask if they're comfortable because of the heel height, but with it being a block, they are very comfortable. I've definitely run through the concourse with them more than few times.
May need to wear them a couple times to stretch the out (for those of you with flat feet, like myself). Only reason I gave these 4stars is because the 2nd time I ordered them, there is a piece of silver hardware on the back of the shoe, which my airline doesn't allow, and it doesn't shoe that in the current photos.
