It works it's comfortable

This suit is great, it makes you sweat a lot. It is very comfortable. I am a hundred and eighty pounds it fits great

So, right out of the package, the material on your finger tips already lets you know that this sauna suit is sturdy and strong as hell. Putting it on, it'll fit very well, and I mean REALLY well; just make sure to get your measurements right since it is pretty accurate to them.

A few seconds in, even without working out, but just barely moving, you'll begin to sweat. The velcro cuffs that you can adjust at the wrists are great; makes you sweat faster and keeps the sweat from dripping out.

I honestly cant give this suit enough praise. It might be the greatest sauna suit out there, honestly, especially for that low price, compared to others.

I liked the product, but it did not fit as expected and I had to get the next size up (5x instead of 4x). The product says what it does but I think it should take into consideration some women (or men) whose chest sizes are not considering the big busted woman to fit all the way.

I used it one time so far walking, with moderate jogging.. The first time I've used one.. I am 5'7, 215-220lbs. Semi Athletic Afro American build.. a little bit of a gut.. Ethnic background is somewhat important for clothing.. I got the XXL. The jacket fit ok, but the pants I kind of wish were a little bigger, I feel kinda of restricted with leg movement. I may post a picture one day.. But for walking and jogging it did it the job.. I'm not sure if doing a cardio workout where flexibility is a must is gonna work out.. Maybe it's not designed for that purpose.

I walked/jogged for about 45mins-1hr.. Underneath I had on some moisture wicking pants and shirt.. before I could even get home I stopped at the store for a gatorade, and I was leaking sweat from the jacket arm cuffs and pants ankle cuffs.. I know the clerk probably wasn't pleased.. I don't imagine you'd wanna use this at a gym you will sweat and it will be everywhere within 30mins.. For clarity the suit is waterproof, but it will come out the cuffs and into your shoes. In fairness I had also had a 20lb weight vest on.. I was super drenched turned the suit inside out.. Hydration is a must for this suit be careful.. it does what it says it's gonna do.. time will tell for durability. the hood was a little tight to squeeze into, but it's supposed to be snug. I'm glad I got it, just wished the pants thigh area was a little more loose.

I jog/walk in the night hours.. I also carry a concealed pistol, a fairly big phone(Galaxy Fold), keys, and a minimalist wallet.. If you plan on carrying items, you may need(YOU WILL) a external bag(like a shoulder bag or mini backpack) I didn't find the pockets on the jacket or pants to be deep enough to want to trust carrying any of those items. So unless you have a fanny pack or something like that you probably don't wanna carry anything inside the pockets.. I hope this helps someone make a decision, I like it, will do a 3mon/6mon update.
